Terms of Service
Please read the entirety of my ToS before making a purchase, by purchasing any of my work you agree to my ToS and use. If you decide to skip reading my ToS still applies regardless.
General
1. I have the right to reject any commission that may go against my morals. This is nonnegotiable. If I say no, it means no.
2. When you receive my artwork, you are free to do whatever you want with it, granted I am given credit where credit is due.
3. I hold the right to blacklist a cilent from future commission openings should they attempt to find any loopholes, break ToS in any way, cause discomfort, etc.
4. I have the right to post any commissioned work as examples or on social media unless the client requests for their commission to be kept private.
5. Commissioned work count as digital goods. No physical item will be shipped to you.
6. If a sketch for a commission has been scrapped, I hold the right to resell the sketch as a YCH or reuse the sketch in another project.
7. Do not trace, copy or claim my artwork.
Payment
1. I will only accept Paypal and Cash App as a payment method.
2. I accept character designs as PART of the payment, depending on how much that design is worth the current commission price will be reduced by that amount.
3. Payment has to be either paid up front or in installments. For installments you would have to pay half of the total commission amount up front and pay the remaining amount by the time the final sketch has been sent.
4. My services are refundable before I start the commission however once I've moved on from the sketching phase they are no longer refundable. During the sketch phase refunds are negotiable depending on how much time i've spent on it.
